Consent to AI-Powered Communications
Acknowledgment of AI Systems
By using any Volusia AI Network website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to communication with AI-powered systems.
This includes:
- AI voice agents that may answer phone calls, conduct conversations, qualify leads, and book appointments
- AI chat systems that may respond to website chat, SMS, and social media messages
- AI email systems that may send automated email sequences
- AI-initiated outbound contact including calls, texts, and emails
Nature of AI Communications

- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur fees and service suspension
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service termination
Website Use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use any Volusia AI Network site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with website functionality
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Intellectual Property
All content on Volusia AI Network sites — text, graphics, logos, images, code — is owned by Bowman Web Services LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
User Content
If you submit content to us (messages, information, materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for business purposes including service delivery, marketing (with your permission), and improving our systems.
Disclaimers
No Guaranteed Results
Marketing, SEO, lead generation, and AI-system results vary. We do not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Specific traffic or lead numbers
- Specific revenue or ROI
- That results will occur within specific timeframes
We provide our best professional effort based on 25+ years of business experience and 15+ years of SEO/web work. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, client participation, and algorithm changes.
AI Limitations
AI systems are not perfect. AI may:
- Misunderstand questions or context
- Provide incorrect or incomplete information
- Fail to identify itself as AI when asked
- Experience technical issues or downtime
We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee flawless operation.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (hosting, AI platforms, analytics, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party failures, outages, or policy changes.
Website Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or data loss.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
